ONESIMO NGUMBELA
Onesimo Ngumbela is an ICT Business Systems Specialist with extensive expertise in ERP implementations, including SAP and SAGE respectively. She holds a PDMBA from Regenesys Business School and has recently received a GIBS Leadership accreditation, which has further enriched her capabilities as a well-rounded and seasoned business leader.
In 2005, she founded her first business, a Real Estate Agency while working full-time, diving into entrepreneurship with zeal, passion and determination. Over the years, her business achievements have been recognized through receiving numerous awards and accolades, including mentorship and funding prizes from organizations such as Business Partners, Enablis, the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), and Daimler Fleet Management. She also gained valuable publicity in well-known publications such as the Entrepreneur magazine, Drum magazine, as well as newspapers such as the Star and City Press.
Her entrepreneurial journey was featured on reality TV shows such as Making Moves, Rise Mzantsi, and SABC3's Student Entrepreneurship Program. Her career highlight was being nominated as the 2011 Overall CEO Award winner of the NYDA Future100 Young Entrepreneur of the Year competition, chosen from over 5,000 candidates nationwide. Furthermore, she was honored to represent South Africa at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Summit in Mexico in 2012, a prestigious event supported by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the NYDA. In addition to her professional pursuits, she has displayed a keen interest in property development, fashion, and wealth-generating opportunities.
